Home Rental Warranty is a risk management program that protects the landlord from losses caused by tenant defaults. If the renter ceases to pay the rent, this warranty will cover the payment for a set length of time.
Tenants who fail to pay their rent are still accountable for the amount owing as well as any legal expenses. We will initiate legal actions against a delinquent renter, which may include eviction and reporting to credit agencies.

1. Pay the nonrefundable $100 screening fee and submit required documents to the designated Email address; This payment gets applied to your full policy if you are approved;

3. After you’ve been approved, you will be able to sign the contract and pay the premium.

Note: in case you are not approved, we will send you a report explaining why you were not approved, the possible hazards in your present lease, and how you may reform your rental agreement to make it safer for you!
If a tenant fails to pay rent for more than one week without any reason, the landlord has the right to make a claim and recover the rent owing under the lease agreement.
Our specialist will conduct an investigation and, if the landlord is not in default, we will pay you within three weeks. Our legal team will step in to negotiate with the tenant on behalf of the landlord and deal with follow-up legal concerns.
